I ordered SanDisk Memory Card Mobile Ultra 32 GB Class 10 on 6th March 2014 for Rs. 1303.81 from Deja vu trends website. The product was not delivered and neither i heard anything from the website. i logged a support ticket on 14/03/2014 to which they replied on 15/03/2014 that there is a delay in delivery since the product is not in stock and will be received shortly. The time frame requested was 7 to 10 business days. I raised a ticket again on 26/03/2014 and they replied that there is a delay in delivery and have raised the issue on priority. I replied again on 28/03/2014 and they requested they will get back shortly.
Finally I received a call from a lady by the name of Ms. Pooja Kunder stating that SanDisk Memory Card Mobile Ultra 32 GB Class 10 is not in stock and they can offer a Samsung Class 10 memory card, which I refused and she agreed to cancel the order and process the refund. She state that the refund will be received in 10 to 15 working days. The correspondence continued with no avail. My last support ticket was on 05/02/2014, to which they never replied and closed the ticket. During all this time there phone was not available, means no one answers it. The support ticket number is 536796.
Please assist.

Hi!
I placed an order for SanDisk Memory Card Mobile Ultra 32 GB Class 10 vide order number 100015628 dated 06/03/2014. Its been
over a week and it is still showing as processing and no shipping details are available. I tried calling the customer service number
1800 3000 1177 several times and no one responds, it just keeps ringing. If you are unable to fulfil the order, please refund the
money. Or else let me know the shipping status.
Please respond asap.

How long Boss, it is already well over 20 days since i placed the order.
If you cannot honour do not book any orders. I’ll surely share this feed back with my network on Social forums and my blogs.
You still did not provide any time frame for the order completion. If you cannot delivery by next week, please refund.

Thank you for your response to our telecom.
You mentioned that the refund would take 10 to 15 business days. Here if you go through your own responses, you’ll find that in the
first response one of you colleague mentioned “If we receive the products before a week, you will receive an email or phone call
intimating you of the same and like to inform that for refund it takes min. 7 to 10 business working days we regret all the
inconveniences caused”. Isn’t that contradictory…. Do you have any kind of policy for any thing or its all fluke. I intend to file a
complaint (in consumer court) on this whole episode. This was my first transaction with you guys and it was has left a real sour taste.
I must says its unprofessional companies like yourself that create a negative impact for e com business especially in India.
