I WAITED A WEEK I DID NOT GET ANY MAIL OR CALL FROM DEJA-VU-TRENDS SO I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND I ASKED TO HIM WHATS MY ORDERSTATUS , THEY SAID THERE IS NO STOCK CHOOSE ANOTHER PRODUCT I SAID OK AND SELECTED ANOTHER PRODUCT ITS COST IS HIGHER THAN OLD MEMORY CARD I NEED TO PAY 30RS TO COMPANY THEY SAID YOU NEED TO DO NEFT TRANSFER TO BANK AND GAVED A DETAILS :

AND CALLED BACK TO CUSTOMER CARE . I TOLD HIM TO I TRANSFERRED MONEY PLEASE DESPATCH MY SELECTED PRODUCT ASAP .THEY SAID OK . AFTER A WEEK I DID NOT GOT ANY REPLY CALL OR MAIL SO I CALLED BACK TO CUSTOMER CARE AND ASKED ABOUT ORDER STATUS THEY SAID YOUR SELECTED PRODUCT STOCK NOT AVAILABLE . OK I FIXED TO GET MONEY BACK I ASKED FOR REFUND FOR APRIL 2ND .THEY SAID OK SIR WE WILL REFUND IT IN 10-15 DAYS . NOW TODAY IS 1ST MAY I DID NOT GOT A REFUND .
