i have ordered a samsung phone worth rs 17000,but till date after cancellation of order didn`t get the refund.
i belong to gurgaon,those who did`nt get the refund kindly contact me at this no 7042329160 so we can raise a complaint against them in consumer court.

Contact your banker and get in touch with the bank’s grievance redressal cell. Discuss the issue with them and they will help you in getting back the fund in 4-5 days. In case you have made payment via card, the refund procedure is much simpler. I have received my money today with the help of my banker. I have purchased the product from Deja Vu in Feb and they were neither refunding the money nor delivering the product. Off late, they stopped attending calls also.
However, I am really thankful to my banker for helping me get back my money!
