I had purchased HP cartridge with the order No : 100015381 on 4th March 2014, But still I have not received the cartridge, every time I call them they say due to back log your shipment is delayed this week, next it will be delivered, I m now worried a lot to do online shopping.

Very very bad experience.

customer care executive is not bothered at all.
