1- Company hired a Salesman who would interact with the clients to do business.
2- Salesman interacts with all the clients and bring business to the company.
3- Company follow a strict verification process which includes a written form signed by the client and the Salesman explaining all terms and benefits of the products.
4- Now this idiot uneducated Salesman starts his own fraud company and fools his clients to make payment in his own bank account or his fraud company account.

This is what differentiates educated from the fools and thieves.
