I have booked a ticket on 4th August 2014 from Bangalore to Vizag.Ticket was rejected due to fare change and an amount of Rs 2639.00 was debited from my account to EasyGoTrip.com.
After many calls and with great difficulty ,I was able to talk to them and they said that amount will be credited back to account (Refund no -A717) in 9 working days which didn’t happen till date. They are cheating everyone.
what should I do to get back my money. Please help me
