I had also undergone for registration process with www.shinemycareer.com on 18th June, 2014 as guided by one of stupid guy Mr. Rahul Khanna. I also not getting my amount of Rs.11000/- back even though frequent reminders of Cancellation and Refund Policy.

But in view of this one can file suit and proceed against them in the name of www.shinemycareer.com (a unit of FELICITOUS RESOURCE PRIVATE LIMITED). I had provided the said name of the Company which is available on www.shinemycareer.com.

So in my view first of all inquire about the Company i.e. FELICITOUS RESOURCE PRIVATE LIMITED, then take legal actions because It may be possible that shinemycareer might have wrongfully written the name of the Company and reason may be to misguide us.
