I have also faced same issues. I have registered a complaint through International Consumer Right Protection Council, India. Well, SWIZZ Grp has also sent a attachment for refunding. Lets see what Happens, But am totally stunned. Website not registered in India. There is no registered Office in india. Nor any address posted on their website or anywhere els. Everytime they change their locations. Explaining they have different Locations. Funnier part is they try to act they are so busy and says they have their Uncle working in US Consulate. Now What is US Consulate suppose to do with the recruitment. ?? Except this 2 cell phone numbers, i believe there is nothing to be contacted. These people Mr.Steven or who ever so it is. Only picks up the call. and they actually make a good story teaching us how a selection is processed as if we are kids. My Dear Stephen, Please this is the not the First time we have attended the cruise interview. Grow Up. And Yes its our fault as well, to fall knowingly it is a Pit.
