Complaint on zipker shopping on not returning the item after so many request Reviews & Complaints

Zipker shopping shipped low quality product and not accepting the return after so many request and closed the ticket by their own

1st of all zipker shopping has delivered a product of very low quality and then not taking any action on return request even though the return was requested on the same day of delivery. There were no response from zipker till 4 day and after that they suddenly changed the ticket status to resolved and then closed. Their site is still showing return pending. I dont understand on what basis these guys closed the ticket. I want my money back as i dont need your product.
