Selling Fake products

Recently I have purchase two dress from fashionya. in and paid Rs. 1550.I was shocked when open the packinging, they have send torn clothes, please take strong actions against such fraud site for cheating consumer and looting money. Please help me in getting my money back. I have send them refund request and also send mail which they have provided.
