I had ordered one item on date:21-11-2015. Till 10-12-2015 I did not get any information about delivery and when tried to call on customer care number no one was attending the call. For Rs. 600/- product atleast I had made Rs. 100/- call to follow up.
Finally I got the call from clovia customer care by saying that we can not deliver the item, and please cancel the order on 12-12-2015. The experience was really very bad with CLOVIA.
And for cancelling they asked me to send the bank details by e-mail, this was also unberable.
