Ticket Cancellation and No Refunded amount from Cleartrip -Since 2 months no response

Dear Sir,
I have booked the ticket from Doha to hyderabad to Doha on 18 th octomber 2018 and i have cancelled the ticket and will get refund amount QAR 333 into my account but still i was waiting for refunded amount , Amount is not credited into my bank account

I have got reference number from clear trip financial team to provide the refund amount reference amount and i spoke to bank about refund amount reference number but there is no refund amount from cleartrip as confirmed by Bank
