This is Anurag, I am from Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh) and now I am doing job in Jaipur (Rajasthan), I am using Celkon A107 cellphone and it started to create problems.
It was automatically turning off, I submitted that phone in Service center (Jaipur) twice. The did not make any changes and did not provide me any work job paper. I submitted my phone third time and they reviewed it. Everything was working fine but there was only one issue of automatic on/off. They sent the device to head office for replacement. After 10-12 days I got my device back without any correction. The are saying your phone is tempered, Power key is missing, Sim slot is damaged. But at the time of submission everything was working fine. They gave my phone back as they can’t do anything. My phone is still in warranty period and I want to get it repaired. Please help me!
