Misselling by giving False Commitments – Caribbean Holidays

This is to bring to your kind notice how your employees are fooling the clients by inviting them to 5 Star Hotel and looting their hard earned money by giving false information & commitments & pressurizing them to buy your membership instantly at the hotel.

I have been cheated by your Sales Persons / Company .

At the time of presentation, we were told by Saddam & Kamesh at Taj – Dwarka that we can avail holidays in major 5* & 4* Hotels ( 7-8 Top Brands ) at different Locations at a subsidized rate ( 50% Cost ) by buying your Membership and it’s worth purchasing.

I have been regularly asking you to confirm about your Tie Up Hotels since the time you had shared the Login Details with me on mail . When I checked the List of Hotels at different Locations I found that CHI has very limited options at different locations and we have been given misleading information by your Sales Team. I have been raising my concern since then on your CC Mail ID but they have been giving me generic answer to befool me every time .

To check the authenticity of the same and that you have mislead & fooled us I had asked you to give options for Udaipur and your team has given me Hotels which are not as per the standards / commitment given to us while selling us the membership .

They are giving me the Hotels in the price range of Rs.3500 to Rs.7000 which I can afford to book myself from different websites .

You must be aware that you have already taken Rs.52000 from me and above that I need to pay Rs.10000 every year. Which means that CHI has already collected the cost of the hotel room you are giving me and there’s nothing extra I am getting through your membership sold to me by pressurizing me and my wife emotionally.

I want to inform the MD & Directors that your team pressurized me to buy this membership even after denying it multiple times on that day by showing us a rosy picture and making false commitments .
