 Respected Sir

I am sorry to inform you that I have made the payment for availment of service forms your organization on different date of November month. However, no services have been provided form your organization till date. I want to draw you attention that your irresponsive service can spoil the career of student; you should respect your words and should now make refund of all fees.   Following are the date of payment:

The time offered by The company was three month for completion of Malaysia. Visa & Medical processing, however still it is pending. We humbly request your organization to make refund of the payment we have made. Ad I hope your organization will give us the justice in this regarding as the main vision of the company should be satisfaction of customer.

Also we have made payment of Rs. 6000 for food and accommodation for one month, However we have stated there only for 7 To 10 days . Please also issue refund of these fees also.

Please consider the application In the light of above and proceed accordingly
