I have paid 20000/-. Please help me to get my refund. I had paid money from debit as well as credit card. They ruined my life . Please help me to get refund.

They taken 17000/- first and not provided any services, afterwards they asked for 7000 more so as to make 25000/- for refund. They sent the mail that they will process refund on 3rd july 14, afterwards no mail and they dont even taken calls. Please be aware, it is a big fraud company.
