Vodafone charges unwanted extra download charge with me two times of charge Rs 199 and Rs 326 for Wapvilla_ppd,hello1_tvallsouth,d2cshootformats_ti,d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9. I don’t know what is this. Vodafone should give any confirmation before applying ay chrges. This will decrease your feedback.

I’m 15 years old customer of Vodafone but now Vodafone has an intentional arrangement with some sites like wapvilla etc. to extract some extra money from customers. From last 3 billing cycles I found that in every bill they are adding such download charges. Vodafone customers are being charged even for closing a pop up.

My number is 7838262186 and in my current bill, a d2c_mgossip_pack49 was activated without my acceptance. I called customer care and they didn’t responded correctly.

There is extra charges of some third party chargeable website which I have never heard of . d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 and wapvilla_ppd. I have never downloaded or clicked on these websites and the customer care girl is telling me we(vodafone) cannot do anything about it.

Hi even i face the same issue. I have been charged Rs. 409 last month and Rs. 232 this month again for some wapvilla_ppd download. I had sent mail last month to vodafone customer care, i get a call from an excutive and a reply was a harsh message that it will not waived off.
