I have been charged Rs198 (helo1-tvall & shotformat-dwnlp) for some download which I never did in the month of Jan 2015. Same repeated for Feb 2015 Rs. 149 (myplex-ap & d2c-mazaa) What a cheap way of making money I need all my money back or I’ll file a complain against Vodafone in consumer forum.

Yes I am facing the same problem. They have charged me extra 198 for same two services mentioned by Praveen kumar (“hello1_tvallsouth” and “d2c_ndtv_valuepk”). When i asked in customer care they said it was downloaded by me and not ready to pay the refund. And I have not downloaded any thing like this. please suggest

I have also suffered similar problem is the bill of Feb 2015. Has anyone got solution for such problem or everybody who faced this problem has got loss of the billed amount and no refund. I propose to take up this matter with TRAI in case vodafone is not able to resolve this issue.
