Ordered for a BlackBerry Q5 on 18th May and seeing that this has not been delivered even after 2 weeks, cancelled the order. Since then the company has been throwing various excuses and contradicting statements regarding my refund amount and till date I have not received it. Complete fraudsters.

That’s correct, my Xolo Q1200 which has non removable battery, The battery got swelled up just in less than 2 months, even after not exhaustive usage. Its just their cheap batteries in xolo phones, though my phone is in warranty I still have to pay for the battery and services. Xolo care doesn’t really care.
