I had ordered one sofa cum bed online from furniture mart india. I do not know how is it as I have not yet received the product. But what I have to say is that their delivery service is very very poor and I regret my decision of shopping online with furniture mart.

I had ordered a sofa cum bed from Furnituremartindia online with full payment in advance. After repeated followups I received the product after 2.5 months and that too in damaged condition. The product was delivered incomplete. I have sent mails with photographs to them but they do not respond to any emails or phone calls.

I purchased two products online from Furniture Mart, a sofa bed and a two seater. I should have realized how easy it is to dupe consumers with fake pictures on the internet.
