I have ordered one power bank mi 2000 which was offer one+one I have received on 5th August n I paid 1598.00 when I opened the box I was shock to see the powerbank because the powerbank was not mi 2000 it was local made n damage product the powerbank was not functioning n the other was broken product,when I called buyaoffer castomercare received my called n said they had return the product n asked me my debit card no how can I give my debit card no so please help me to return my money which was Rs 1598.00 The product Reference ID #BO11771, OrderID3585193, Tracking ID 923582758.
