Insuffiency of busses

This is a complaint regarding to Midhani (bus depot),Hyderabad,Telangana. In the morning around 11:45 I went to nearby Kharmanghat bus stop in order to travel to koti. I waited nearly around 45-50 mins and I observed that no bus is coming. All buses are
going towards M.G.B.S but not koti. So,Iam refusing Tsrtc please provide appropriate busses from kharmanghat to koti.
