I have booked a 1 Bhk flat of 550 sq ft in BRYS indihomz through proptiger in November 14, 2014 in pre- launch as its channel partner proptiger told me that the project will be launched within 1-2 month So I waited for 5 month but the project delayed so I asked for refund of my booking amount (2 lac) as they were not giving any stamped reciept of confirmation of builder as they told due to prelaunch.
I applied for cancellation in april month , Builder told to bring NOC from proptiger, they provided NOC to the builder , Then builder told the whole process of refund will be completed in one month. I went to BRYS office after one month they told me to come after 15 days gradually on every visit of 15 days they postponed my refund. I was totally frustrated that neither they communicated me about the status of my refund and on every visit they told me to come after 15 days. Now November came now they say that company’s intention is to refund but there is shortage of fund. Now there is a news that companys Director Rahul Gaur has been arrested and the companys employees are saying we don’t know when they will refund the amount.
Kindly help me out to bring out my 2 lac booking amount. I will be very grateful to you
