I booked a 550 sq ft area flat in brys indihomz through proptiger in prelaunch in november 2014 as they said is in pre launch they do not gave any original reciept from brys. they postponed upto march 2015 so I apllied for refund in april My booking amount is 2 lac rupees they told to take noc from proptiger. I provided that they told me that I will get my refund amount after one month but every one month they extended to next month Now Iam totally frustrated by there approach now they are saying company has fund problem the employees haven’t got there salary for last 5-6 month then what should I do I want my hard earn money which I am loosing . plz help me.

hi i have also booked in brys bigg project vega 1 1401 and blueship 823 tower C now my money got stucked builder is in jail. Now it is high time to file a case. Any one from brys who not get the refund for booking ? please contact so we can collectively fight with builder.
