Hi All,
I have paid money to you broadband for new connection on 1st Feb. as per their commitment they said they will be providing me internet by 9th. No one is answering the call at local office. when called to their call center they are promising for call back and escalating the issue within 4-8 hours . however we have not got any call from them neither they are giving us our money back.
This is really very frustrating as we have called more then 10 times till now.
