I have received a call from one of the telecaller’s of ‘http://www.brightyourprofile.com/’ on 04-Sep-2015. She told me that there are immediate openings in L&T & NCCL in Hyderabad location.If I am interested, they will forward my CV immediately for a job interview by these companies. Provided I should pay them Rs.2052 immediately, as its an urgent opening. I believed her and made the payment. They have put me in such situation to make the payment. After making the payment of Rs.2052, she then connected to Mr. Girish Mehta (Sr. Manager). Mr.Girish has told me that he would forward my CV to these companies immediately, but first I need to get my profile verified. For profile verification he asked me to pay Rs.5699. At this point I have realized that this is fraud company & I have already lost Rs.2052. I immediately instructed him to stop the process and procedd for cancellation & refund. I have called their number several times and even dropped several email reminders. Mr. Ashok Kumar Ghellot of back-end department has replied that I would get my refund back by 15-Nov-2015. But I have not received it so far.I am thinking to file a cheating & cyber crime case on these fraud people. please guide me how to do it.
