Online fake job consultancy

Hi,
IAM Kartheek Somaraju I got call from brightyourcareer stating there is job openings in our consultancy you need to pay service charges I paid all services charges after reviewing their reviews I came to know it is a fake consultancy. So I told them refund money asap they agreed for cancellation of my profile and they agreed to pay my money back by end of the January. But still there is no reply from them. Please help me.
