Booking date 4 august 2015I received these items on 13Aug 2015 by delhivery.comWhen I open packing box Samsung power bank box and ear phones are in very poor condition and mi power bank daimage and not working(these are not as per u shown in website),after that when I plunged in charge these power bank one of then(Samsung power bank) is not working, there is no indication on led of device, after that is have try to contact on your official mobile no. That is 08010001133, no one is attendig my call ,I called again and again but there is no response….. After that I searched on Google for bookmyoffer.com fraud,there are cheated with everyone by delivering duplicate fake products at the place of city centre 2 shopping mall ground floor rajarhat new town city kolkata 700059 .sate West bengal mobile no 9007660701
Please take action against this fake company as soon as possible.
And provide suggestion so I can refund my amount by this company
