I had ordered an home appliance item from shopclues . They shipped it through book my packet awb no 95994858. I did not received any delivery but the tracking details shows delivered. There is no customer care for book my packet and seems fraud company. Shopclues customer care are careless giving excuse of 48 hours to resolve.
