I ordered 2 t-shirts, out of which 1 t-shirt was small in size.. I called these people to exchange it with bigger size.. their customer care executive assured me that you will get a coupon code then u can opt for bigger size and other one will be exchanged… nothing happened for few weeks… I again called customer care to ask about the status of exchange… that stupid girl told me that your validity of exchange is expired now… nthn can be done now. I told her that I already requested for return that too she denied… fucking hell she is telling me that I am lying… this is so absurd.. pathetic service.. I will never recommend to anyone to buy these products…
