first time when i ordered on friday it got dlvrd on tuesday, i ws happy. material,fitting etc r good. but way too costly just for d sake of print f u compare wid any normal tee. 2nd time i ordered again on friday. i checked on Tuesday about when it is going to get delivered since i have to gift d items on Wednesday evening. for more than one calls they assured me that they wl deliver by Wednesday noon so i accepted to wait. it is within same city as i m resident of banglore. since Wednesday morning i did not get notification sms i again called and checked. they said it wl b dlvrd only by Thursday which hd no meaning for me. finally on 8th day, friday also dey said its yet to b dispatched. within same city dey r taking more den 8 days. never blv der customer care excutive. dey wl leave u waiting daily n in endelss loop.
extremely disappointed with customer services. if they wudnt assure me on Tuesday i wud hv arranged for optional gifts. extremely disappointed with bonorganik.
