11 months ago i placed an order to bodybuilding.com worth US$675.62.on may 5th 2014 my local post office told me that i have to give $1300 custom duty tax because bodybuilding.com made a bill where they have shown me as an importer of supplements for business purpose,where as i bulk buyed the supplements for whole year for my personal use.on the papers they didn’t showed me as an online shopper.i discussed the problem with bodybuilding.com,they told me to return the item and they will refund as soon as they get those supplements back.on may 5th i returned back the supplements unopened.till that date every month i m asking bodybuilding.com customer support team about refund and they had only 1 computerised answer they didn’t received the item so they can’t refund.different customer care personal said different things to me like it might take 6 months to year,sorry they have lost the package because they have shipped it from germany outside usa warehouse,it might have stuck in the customs…blah blah blah.i have written many emails asked them personally but now i think my money and supplements both gone out of my hand.if u can help me to get back my money it would be very helpful for me.before this order i bought twice from bodybuilding.com but never charged by the customs.please help….u r my only hope.my name is soumik ray c/o dr.s.s.ray and i m from westbengal,india,malda-732101.please help….thanking u soumik ray….
