My Fixed Deposit Receipt No.8099 for Rs.25,000 matured on 19/04/2013. It is nearly a year since the deposit amount was due for repayment. I am a senior citizen and have visited the offices of Birla Power Solutions but no action or feedback is received so far. Your help would be appreciated..
