Booked the flat and executed agreement in year 2014. Flat is ready with occupancy certificate in place . However possession is deferred since builder wants apartment deed with unrealistic and unethical clauses in the deed which is not agreeable . Agreement to sale already executed and payment done as per schedule and 100 pc payment already disbursed . Builder forcing to execute the deed or insisting on not handing over keys of property.
