I booked flat 2BHK in maya garden city. As per their approved plan, it was proposed and approved by authority a big park at the back of D-8 block for which they sold all fats facing to this at high rates. recently I witness the sit and show that they have provided sewerage treatment plant (STP) in the proposed park area which is also not fully covered. It will create foul smell and become nuisance for the flat owner face to this. the quality of work and material being used is also very poor .
