Dear Team My name is Ravindra singh Mandloi and BOI account no is 903110310000294 branch kolar road, Bhopal, MP. I have done a transaction of Rs 10,000/- via BANK of BARODA INDORE VIJAYNAGAR BRANCH (MP) on Tuesday 11:55 PM, where I have received a msg of withdrawal of cash from the same ATM but I haven’t received any in physical. However I have informed the same to the guard was available at ATM at the same time and he stated that this is happing since morning and people are getting refunds in next 10 -15 mins but it’s been more than 24 hours and I haven’t received any confirmation yet. I m very disappointed with the services of BOI about shifting of call centre and other excuses to get in touch with your executive. How a bank like yours don’t have telecalling services. That money is really important to me and have to pay dues ontime by that money, I request you to look into this on priority and refund the amount ASAP.
