I have ordered a cake on 13th of february for my sisters second wedding anniversary which is on 14th February the odelivery location is bangalore and i have booked it online from hyderabad.
The concern people called the recepient( my brother in law Mr.Vamshi) on 13th of feb and they said they will deliver it on 13th it self and asked for the address , the address details have been communicated to thta person , however they dint turn up on 13th.
As the cake has not been delivereed on 14th afternonn , so i made a call to the bangalore flowersgifts people to check the srtatus and they promised me to deliver it by 6PM on 14th Feb, but they dint turn up on that day.
Finally on 16 th of Feb they called the recepient Mr. vamshi stating that they want to deliver the cake and askin for the address again , however the event has been completed and as that is a workig day as well , no one is there to pick the delivery as well. vamshi has denied to take the delivery and asked for the repayment of the money, unfortunately the person said “we will not refund the money and you people should not call us back we will not deliver the cake as well”.
i have dropeed couple of emails to theme asking for the repayment of my money back however there is no response form them/. inspite of all these things i called them today( 9th of march) as well for delivery of cake on 11th of march as it is my parents wedding anniversary rather returning the money . however they denined to give the cake nor the money.

its not about my money i dont want the others to get cheated by this kind of frauds.i do have the copy of payment details.
