I have been pursuing the matter continuously with Axis bank nodal officer Mumbai & Ghaziabad Branch, Since it came to my knowledge ,about the fraud on 27.06.2015. It came to my knowledge that Rs. 5000/- and 10000/- has been debited in my Axis A/c of Ghaziabad on dated 21/06/2015 as shown ATM withdrawal through Yes Bank Ltd. , where as I have not made any transactions through YBL ATM in past and neither on 21-06-2015 nor on 22-06.15. In this regard I have already lodged a complaint with Axis bank Nodal officer Mumbai , Customer services and also at Ghaziabad branch. In addition to this a FIR to this effect already lodged in Police station at Ghaziabad regarding fraud transactions/entries made. The bank has not send any SMS for these transactions where as SMS alert facility taken in my A/c & continuously bank charging fee for SMS services .
A mail has been received from [email protected] on Wed, 01 Jul 2015 18:18:40 stating that we have raised a chargeback on it on 29.06.2015 as per nfs rules the acquiring bank gets 7 working days time from the date of chargeback to represent our chargeback. If they fail to do so within the prescribed time frame then bank will transfer the funds to the account after the expiry of said time limit. But as on date still awaited transfer of fund .
Further, mail has been received from [email protected] on Thu, 23 Jul 2015 21:28:28 with innumerable excuses. It has been perceived from the reply of Nodal officer, that the concerned Nodal person its desperately shifting responsibility & mentioning numerous excuses rather than resolving the matter & instead the bank to return by money in my saving account. The Nodal officer excuses are extremely not accepted by any account holder. She has no right to misguide the account holder & drifting the issue.
It is again submitted to your good self for your kind consideration that , I am Axis Bank Account holder & my money was with Axis branch. The customer relationship exist between Axis bank & Me. I have nothing to do with Yes Bank . Since my money was with Axis bank , it is duty to Axis bank to resolve the matter. It is responsibility of bank to take care of customer. It is the fault of Axis banking system & why the customer suffer for monetary loss & damages for mental suffering. I have facing a lot of problems due to happened this type of Banking activities & monetary losses as well as mentally harassment , it was my hard earn income deposited in bank .
Keeping in view above ,You are requested to kindly intervene the matter in favour of justice to remit Rs. 15000/-in my saving account by Axis Bank.
