I have booked flat in Aura city Project in sep/oct 11 but till date i cant get possession from builder and builder not give any response or target date on which he complete the project all amenities which he agreed.
From July Jalan Group Committed they give 10000 charges as a rent, but till date he will not give any and not ready to give after so follow up, and current situation is bilder cant meet to any customer , how we get our dream home, which is tottaly detroyed by Jalan Gropu ( Aura City Project Shikrapur )
yes, i have also booked in 2011, 1 BHK flat, D10-301. but no possession till date… he agreed to pay rent but now saying funds not available. its really frustrating. i think, owners should unite & speak to builder on speedy possession
I have booked a 1 BHK flat in Aura City; Shikrapur in 2011.Possession was promised by Dec, 2013. It’s now almost 2.5 years delayed & still did not get the possession. The entire project is being delayed, there are few owners who got possession luckily after 2 years, however no basic amenities in place. Builder promised to give compensation in the form of rent of Rs. 10000 from Nov-2014 onwards if possession is not given by May-2015. However, it’s also not given and now Builder is still not committing on any possession date saying no funds available. I guess, legal action should be taken against the builder & all owners should unite & speak to builder.
