Sir/Madam,
I want to refer to the ASUS RMA no INXX570285. My mobile was having mic problem and I took the mobile to the ASUS service centre in kolkata and they found I have a faulty mother board which has to be replaced. The mobile is under warranty as I have just used it for 3 and 1/2 months. They promised to return the mobile within 3-5 working days. When I enquired about the mobile on the 3rd day they told Me to wait as they don’t have the parts that they need to fix my mobile. They asked me to contact next week. That was 16th of July.
After futher delays, I called the centre again and they told me that mobile will be returned to me by 27 of july, 2015. And they told me contact the customer care about the parts. The customer care informed me that the parts are not available in India and they will arrive here within 3rd of August. I have deposited the mobile to the service on 13/7/15 on the promise of getting it back in 3-5 working days.

Now the service centre and the Customer care are telling me that I will not get the mobile back before 7 of August. When I complaint about it and asked them for a new mobile as they are not able to fix my mobile within any reasonable time they are avoiding my calls and keeping me on hold and promising a call-back which they never did. They are keeping my call in hold for 15 minutes and not letting me talk to there higher authority.

I am student sir and have very limited means and knowledge how to proceed with these things. I have waited for 15 days now. I am seeking you help sir/madam as I don’t know how else to proceed with such harassment. Hope I get a reply back from you.
