I am made a fool out of myself trusting these people. I am from Mumbai and I applied for their services almost 3 months ago via Naukri.com. The whole process led to finally reaching Aspire World Immigration Consultancy and their services. I was genuinely interested and applied for their services for Temporary Job Visa for Germany.
Ultimately when my Visa interview came up, I was ridiculed for the lack of information and awareness I had about the process.
the documentation department took all the documents via mail and then send me the hard copy of the documents as the final set for submission during interview. All these documents were my personal details, passport copy, resume, etc. I was assured that these are the final documents that I need to submit.
When I reached the embassy for the interview, the said I do not have an application form- which form the basic paper work for any menial work. From there on the list went on including the name provided for the DD.
The clerk made fun on each and every step, soon to be joined by the staff, security guards and the onlookers, of the process and finally I had to return because they said I was supposed to attest my certificates before applying for the visa.
As a part of their services, are they not supposed to at least intimate the candidate about this particular aspect? I fail to understand the meaning for asking the documents if they were to be sent back as a hard copy. I could have taken it here itself, don’t you think?
And the attestation part, I could have done it if they would have told me that. It is not that I do not know about the process, but I have asked them repeatedly whether I have to attest my certificates or not and their reply was – ‘ Nahi sir, aisa to kuch nahi hai.’ (No sir, there is no such step required)
I can assure you one thing – a consultancy who commits to take people abroad and promises you a carrier but fails to mention about an application form which is the first simple paper that needs to be attached is not fit to cater anyone. Forget about informing the candidate to attest his/her certificates.
Thank you for making me look like a clown and providing a free show for all the people at the German Consulate on a humid and hot Tuesday afternoon at Nariman Point.
And as for the initial Rs. 35, 000, I do not think they are going to give me back the amount. They are authentic people and would mention that its a non-refundable thing. And plus I have signed a contract with them which say that they are not responsible if the candidate fails to submit all the documents.
Check below the amount I paid for allowing these people to ridicule me at the expense of my own cost just by trusting these people.
This forms a part of my lesson and the cost was Rs. 35, 000 + the travel insurance of Rs. 6, 700 that I had to take before I even had my visa. Yes people it is a part of the embassy’s requirement that the candidate must have a travel insurance (that cannot be cancelled) during the interview process. but what about people like me who are made to look stupid and want to discontinue the service of such a crappy organisation!!!
I am still looking at the hole in my pocket. Is anybody listening????
Well to the founder of Aspire World Immigration Consultancy, keep my Rs. 35, 000 as a donation to your handicapped organisation. You can use that money to train your staff – starting with ‘How to fill an APPLICATION FORM’.
