I ordered MI Xiaomi- 5200 MAH Power Bank from ASKMEBAZAAR.COM but they delivered 10400 MAH me a damaged and wrong product which is of different color. I have ordered the SILVER Color Product and the color mentioned on the Parcel is SILVER but inside the Product is of Blue Color. Moreover, I went to the official website of MI Xiomi which confirmed that the product that I have got will be picked back and the amount will be refunded to you. I registered a many complaint’s through telephone and give me the complaint No. 1 QRC104012,ORC 116093,ORC123825,ORC166791,ORC176339 and told me that the product will be picked up but these guys don’t seem to listen. I am quite fed up of them. I want my refund as soon as possible. I had a very bad experience. Kindly look into this matter and solve the matter. My Order ID: AB987063 on Askmebazaar.com. I had contacted them on phone twice but they did not reverted back to me in said time period of 24/48 hours. I not received a call from your side for retention or refund of money no buddy never reverted back to me. I want my refund in bank account, they can keep their product. These guys do not value their customers. I have spent more than 100 to 150 Rs. on calling them. Kindly help me out.
