I had made a purchase from Ask ME BAZAAR online portal,
my order no is DGA9048831 and invoice no is FAMB-53668824946151600388. i had booked the product on 18th Jan 2016. today on 21st jan 2016 i have recd the consignment from DTDC courier at 2.20pm.
when i open the product the box was damage and torn from top even the plastic display was out. The product helicopter was visible. There was one box which contain charger and Remote control.
The Remote control should have 2 nobs but this remote has only one nob and another nob is missing it seems it is defective piece.
i have also called by ASk me bazaar customer to lodge the complain at 2.30 they suggested me to write a mail to Slash Kart supplier of the product. than i wrote a mail to Slash Kart on 21st jan 2016.
But till today i have not recd any reply from him than i called the seller slash kart. he told me that i cannot do any thing as you have made the payment to Ask me Bazaar so you talk to them.
than i again called up to ask me bazaar customer service no 04444444444, they said sorry we cannot register your complain you need to talk to seller.
know i am stuck up. as i am not getting any reply from any one so i have decided to lodge a complain against askme bazaar.
