I have purchased Smart watch with wireless earpod I have received smart watch and the earpod is no working , I have complain through mail but not getting prompt reply from that’s. Now they replied and they collect product back by after even 10 days they have not return my replacement and also not reply on mail. Till I am waiting for the same. Phone no they have given , I have try more than 29 tims but never reach to customer care person.
Pl do not purchase from Xnank.
