I paid Rs.8999/- for a product from arshopee.com and it was made after getting several requests from them because they were disturbing me during past 2 months. But as soon as money was paid, they were forcing me to buy more products to protect my money. I understood that it was not a fair site and cancelled my order immediately with the request to refund my money. My money was paid on 14.02.2015, Merchant ref. no. 2496 and EBS payment id is 33603903. But yet they have not returned my money and thus they are cheating many persons. Please resolve my problem.
