I placed a order No.2920, dated 11th March 2015, for the supply one number of Samsung Note 2 with Jope Hills watch as combo offer.I paid Rs.25,999-00 through SBI Net Banking. I was promised that the item will be dispatched within 10 days.But it was not dispatched even after 15 days. Then I asked [email protected] to cancel my order and refund the amount.

Kindly help me to get the refund amount of Rs.25,999-00.
