Take an example of a basic math– [ 2years ] + 10years + 2years + 4years + [ 2 | 3 years ] = 0 [Zero] no job, then how 3 months training program = a job in MNC. Every organisation tries to provide quality training. Every organisation tries to place their candidates in good companies. But remember you have to work hard, you have to crack interview, you have to grab the position.
