Hi, I had placed order having order Id 406-8044996-6532307 on amazon.in on 17th Jan 2017 and my estimated delivery was 30th Jan. However on 27th Jan I got an sms that my item has been delivered. Immediately I contacted amazon customer care that I have not received anything yet I am getting an sms as delivered. They assured me that since 30th is the delivery date the item will be delivered and these things do happen as seller simply update the status as delivered w/o actually delivering it and deliver it later. After that I kept following up with the customer care and they kept on saying that you will get your refund and they are issuing a ticket. When i complained that i will complain in consumer forum they forwarded a mail saying it’s delivered. It’s totally a case of cheating and wasted my 3 months of time on follow up. Please help with this.
