As per your system …the services of 9717980208 airtel mobile number is activated with effect from 29th July 2015.
I told u several times that on my cell the said sim is still not activated…there is a cross sign is displaying for this sim and no calls can be done and even no call can be receive by this sim…than what is this activation from your side mean..to me..
I approached to Airtel outlet centre so many times but always the same answer..sir ..u have to wait for some time..some technical issue is there to activate your sim…Every time I asked what is the technical issue…the same reply…sir..u can’t understand…there is some system..problem…JAB BHI SYSTEM…HIT KAREGA…AAPKA SIM …ACTIVATE HO JAYEGA…
I asked ..how much time it will take…SORRY SIR..WE HAVE NO IDEA IN THIS REGARD…WE ARE DOING OUR BEST…TO ACTIVATE YOUR SIM…
But I m sorry to say…that today it is 04th of August, 2015 …nothing has been done from them…nor by Airtel…my sim is still not been activated…
Yesterday I again approached to the same outlet …in regard with my grievances …
First a lady was there ..i don’t know her name..she told me to wait…then when my turn comes..she said YES SIR..HOW CAN I HELP U…I again told her that my sim is still not been activated…
She told me to take out the sim..I took it out and show her the sim..she asked where u get this sim sir…I again replied that I took this sim from Akash who is working with u in the same outlet..as Mr. Akash inform me that the sim which was firstly given to me was the wrong one…she said ok..let me discuss this with my maam on phone..as my maam was not come today..i said ok…
After half an hour she told me that I have discussed with maam..and my madam was telling that u still have to wait atleast 48 hours..and only then this can be activated…I again asked her..r u sure…can u given me any surety in this regard..she said..no sir..we cannot give u any surety in this regard..we r doing the best we can do..some technical problem is there..I again asked what technical problem..she replied we already told u sir…some system problem..
Now today it is 4th of August, 2015, I m again writing to you that still my sim has not been activiated……………………………………………………..
On the first day Mr. Akash working in this outlet told me that the sim given to u …from One point solution pvt. ltd. is not the correct sim…they have provided you the wrong sim…so this is the reason that your sim…is not been activating..
I asked him…so now what i have to do sir…then Mr. Akash ….no problem. sir…let me discuss with this with my maam….namely Deepti…working in the same outlet…may be working as a senior to him…
then after discussing he told me that now u have to take another sim from us …because as i already told u that this sim was not the correct one…I said ok…sir…do whatever u wann to do…just activate my sim..because in lieu of this i m really handicap….no one can contact me …nor can i…to anyone…i am unable to make any type of online payments as the said number is also registered with my bank…where my salary is deposited….
I again gave them my papers i.e. copy of my voter ID card and one photo…Mr. Akash told that these papers are sufficient to take a sim..then he gave me another sim..and told me to put this sim..in my phone…I asked him now how much time it will take to activate this sim..he told…HONE KO TO ABHI PAANCH MINUTES MAIN BHI HO SAKTA HAI…AUR THORA TIME BHI LAG SAKTA HAI…ALL DEPENDS UPON THE SYSTEM…
I told him that u please give me your number..so that I can contact you in this regard..he gave me the outlet number…
Then he assures that on the next day …i.e.. in morning hours …this will activate…I said ok…
But nothing was happened on next day..i again approached to him on telephone..but I was informed that Mr. Akash was on leave …and a lady who attended my call namely Deepti said ..that no problem sir..I will look into this matter and help you accordingly…don’t worry..we are there to help you…
Then again nothing was happened…I again gone to said outlet…asked them…now what …they told me the same reply…some technical problem..we are doing our best…u have to wait for some more time…
The same reply I always got from them..whenever I visited that outlet…
I mailed to 121 as well as to appellate authority in this regard several times…but no satisfactory answer has been given to me so far…
Sometime u told me that I will take some time to activate….
Sometime u told me that your sim has already been activated by our system..
I don’t know what is happening……………………………………………………………………………………………..
Now I m really disturbed with this type of behavior/harassment by both of you…no one has the correct solution for me..nor the outlet and not even the appellate authority…………
Today after so many days…today is 4th of August, 2015 my sim is still not been activated ….
NOW U HAVE NOT LEFT NO OPTION FOR ME ….EXCEPT TO TAKE A LEGAL ACTION AGAIN YOU..
LAST TIME I M REQUESTING YOUR GOODSELF TO TAKE AN IMMEDIATE ACTION IN THIS REGARD…AND ACTIVATE MY SIM..WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY…OTHERWISE…I HAVE TO TAKE SOME SERIOUS LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ALL OF YOU…
