I applied for the Airtel broadband connection.

The executive (Mr Ram Chand : 8800500990) took all the required documents and 1000 Rs installation charges on 5th December 2015 on the same day he checked the location of my house and said that the connection can be installed easily.
Even my neighbours are also using the Airtel broadband connection

On 6th December 2015 , the same executive came for installation and was asking me to pay 500rs extra in cash without any receipt for wiring.
When I denied to pay any extra amount he didn’t installed the connection and went back. After so many complaints the airtel people ringed me and said that all ports are full and there is no port available at the moment.
They didn’t gave my documents and said that they destroy them after collecting from customer.

Now, on 4th January I got a call from Airtel that the port is available and my connection can be installed. On 7th Jan the executive came whose number is 9821343738 and took all my documents once again.
Before giving documents I asked him for the availability of ports and he said that 3 ports are available and your connection can be installed.
But on the date of installation i.e. 10-1-2016 I again got a call from Airtel that the ports are full and your connection can not be installed.
SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THIS IS THE DIALOGUE THEY USE EVERY TIME.

I don’t understand why these people take documents from customer if they can’t install connection. They took my documents twice and still the connection is not installed.
who is responsible if anything happens with my documents ? They can easily miss-use them.
